Account Terms.
These terms govern an ATM account used to access the Agent Trajectory Marketplace. They do not transfer ownership of your coding-agent sessions or replace any separate listing, purchase, or license terms.
1. Operator and agreement
ATM (Agent Trajectory Marketplace) is operated by Hojin Yang from Seoul, Republic of Korea (“ATM,” “we,” or “us”). By selecting the account-terms checkbox and requesting a signup code, you agree to this version of the Account Terms.
2. Your account
- You must control the email address used for the account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep access secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ATM to break the law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, distribute malicious material, or submit data you do not have the right to use.
4. Session data and marketplace activity
Creating an account does not publish or license session data. Any collection, publication, listing, purchase, or license remains subject to the separate controls and permissions presented for that activity.
5. Service operation
We may change, suspend, or discontinue service features, and may restrict an account used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the service or other users. We will use reasonable care when operating ATM, but the service may occasionally be unavailable.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, ATM is provided without implied warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Changes
A changed policy receives a new version and a new stable URL. The version accepted when an account is created is recorded with that account. Material changes that require new acceptance will be presented before the affected use.
