Account Privacy.
This notice explains how account information is handled when you create or use an ATM account. Separate notices may apply when you submit session data, sell data, or buy access.
1. Controller and contact
Hojin Yang, operating ATM (Agent Trajectory Marketplace) from Seoul, Republic of Korea, is the controller of the account information described in this notice.
2. Information we process
- Your normalized email address and ATM account identifier.
- The Account Terms and Account Privacy versions recorded at signup.
- OTP challenges, session and credential metadata, and security events.
- Network metadata used for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
The Marketplace web page keeps its access token in memory rather than browser storage. The Registry retains the server-side records needed to authenticate and protect the account.
3. Why we process it
- To create the account and deliver passwordless OTP access.
- To authorize account and marketplace features you request.
- To prevent abuse, investigate failures, and secure the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce service terms.
4. Sharing and international processing
We use infrastructure, database, security, and email-delivery providers to operate ATM. They process information for us under service agreements. Information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell account email addresses.
5. Retention
Account email, identifiers, and accepted policy versions are kept while the account is active and as needed for security, disputes, and legal compliance. OTP challenges and sessions expire under bounded authentication windows. Infrastructure logs follow the operational retention schedules of the service and its providers.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete account information, or object to or restrict processing where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security or law. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available to you.
7. Changes
A changed notice receives a new version and stable URL. The version acknowledged at account creation is recorded with the account.
